Sardinia's fame on a tourist level is certainly due to the beauty of its sea and its beaches, unique not only in Italy but in general throughout the Mediterranean.

Tortoli, with its typical long beaches of granite origin, it couldn't be less.

Here you will find sandy beaches, or red porphyry cliffs like the “Red Rocks”, on the Cea beach located between Tortolì and Barisardo.

Entering the town, one of the most evocative beaches is certainly the Porto Frailis Bay, located close to Capo Bellavista. Here the sand on the beach is one of the whitest on the whole island.

Made famous by the clarity of its waters and white sand is the beach known by the name of "Lido di Orrì", not far from the airport, which leaves everyone who looks at it as it lands speechless. Here every year the feast of Sant'Anna is celebrated on July 26th with many delicacies of the local cuisine.

Finally, to the south of the town is the San Gemiliano beach, with a beautiful tower, identifiable by following the signs in the direction of the tourist village of the same name.
